As a husband and wife duo, each autumn we and the team harvest the finest local cider apples from orchards across the Island and create our award-winning Jersey cider and spirits. Alongside this, we take our trailers to events serving dishes from our famously delicious saucisse to hand-dived shellfish, cooked fresh before your eyes. From April to September, La Cidrerie Barn Restaurant opens on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and we showcase responsibly sourced meat and fish (local where possible) cooked over a wood-fired grill.
